Ideal candidates will possess deep U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge, strong leadership, and business development skills, with the ability to mentor teams and drive growth. Base compensation reflects Boston-area market. Boston can be remote or on-site based on client needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, or financial reporting environments.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex FAAS engagements for public and private clients.
• Advise executive teams on technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development.
• Review deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior staff within the practice.
