Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in public accounting or related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SEC rules, IPOs, SPACs, and U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the FAAS practice with a focus on client engagements and new business development.
• Provide deep technical accounting expertise on mergers, acquisitions, and complex financing structures.
