Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team to drive complex accounting and financial reporting engagements. You will collaborate across service lines, mentor staff, and travel to client sites while delivering strategic solutions that align with client needs.

The role requires a public accounting background, US CPA licensure, strong writing and risk expertise, and a track record of building high-performing teams. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 5–8 years of public accounting audit experience.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of excellence in managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Confidence to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.
• Reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites.

Responsibilities
