Job summary

EY's FAAS team is expanding, and as a Manager you will lead engagements requiring complex accounting and financial reporting solutions, while delivering an exceptional client experience across industries. You will collaborate with partners and senior managers across service lines, build strong client relationships, and guide teams to address evolving issues, including regulations and technology changes.

Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business discipline and 5–8 years of experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of the marketplace, commonly used terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of excellence in managing, mentoring and improving a high‑performing team.
• Confidence to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagements that require complex accounting and financial reporting solutions.
• Think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines, building relationships and identifying opportunities for clients.
• Travel regularly to meet with key clients, some of the most respected in their fields.
