Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Manager of Global Tax Accounting and Reporting to lead the global income tax provision and related disclosures. You will collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, Internal Audit, and external advisors to ensure ASC 740 compliance and robust internal controls.

Based in Charlotte, NC, you will optimize data and technology across tax workstreams, oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions, and drive efficiency through standardized processes while advising on tax planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive tax experience with focus on global tax provision.
• Experience in multinational public company environment; Big 4 preferred.
• Deep expertise in ASC 740 and related tax reporting implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage global ETR forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to senior Tax leadership.
• Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision per ASC 740, including current and deferred taxes.
• Monitor global tax legislation changes and advise on impact.
• Prepare and review tax disclosures for Form 10-Q and 10-K; ensure SOX controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors on tax provision, disclosures, and policy changes.
