Job summary

Dentsply Sirona, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Manager, Global Tax Accounting and Reporting to lead the global income tax provision, disclosures, and tax accounting controls under ASC 740. This role partners with Controllership, FP&A, Internal Audit and external advisors to drive accurate reporting and strong internal controls across all jurisdictions.

You will manage quarterly and annual tax provisions, current and deferred taxes, and optimization of data and technology in tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 5–7 years of progressive tax experience with global tax provision.
• Big 4 experience and multinational public company exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage global ETR, forecasting, variance analysis, and senior leadership communication.
• Lead quarterly and annual global income tax provision per ASC 740; manage current and deferred taxes.
• Monitor global tax legislation changes and advise on strategic impact.
• Prepare and review tax disclosures for Forms 10-Q/10-K; ensure compliance with ASU 2023-09.
• Serve as liaison with external auditors; strengthen SOX controls and compliance.
• Oversee consolidation of global tax results across jurisdictions; ensure timelines.
• Coordinate with Controllership and auditors to support audits; align with policy changes.
• Advance internal controls over tax reporting and standardize processes across jurisdictions.
