Job summary

AirGarage is seeking a high-impact Head of Finance to own the company’s financial model, budgeting, and ERP transition as we scale across North America. This role combines hands-on finance work with strategic leadership, ensuring clean books, accurate projections, and compelling investor storytelling.

You will partner with leadership to optimize unit economics, margins, and cash flow while building robust reporting for the board and external partners.

Qualifications

• Finance leader with hands-on experience building and scaling finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve a driver-based financial model (base/low/high), translating levers into leadership decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards across multiple locations.
• Oversee ERP transition, chart of accounts, and month-end close processes.
• Manage cap table, equity operations, and investor reporting.
