Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Finance Manager to own financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and profitability across the business. You will partner with leadership to build forecasting models, strengthen finance operations, and create dashboards that translate numbers into actionable strategy.

This hands-on role requires strong numbers, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate insights to both finance and non-finance teams as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A or a related field.
• 2+ years in a finance management or senior finance position preferred.
• Experience in an agency, professional services, BPO, or high-growth company is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across the organization and departments.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, A/R, A/P, and working capital optimization.
• Improve profitability through cost controls, efficiency, and vendor cost evaluation.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable insights and accountability.
