Job summary

Energage, LLC is seeking a Finance Manager, Strategy & Operations to scale the finance organization as the company grows through expansion and acquisitions. This hands-on role combines FP&A, technical accounting, international finance, systems implementation, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will own budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives, partnering with the Controller and global finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8–10 years of accounting and finance experience across FP&A and operations.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP with practical support.
• Experience with multi-entity and international entities.
• SaaS industry experience and subscription revenue knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own financial reporting for domestic and international entities.
• Support monthly close, audits, and technical accounting.
• Drive finance transformation, controls, and system improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives and acquisitions.
