Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota seeks a seasoned Finance leader to own global accounting and financial operations, guiding end-to-end close processes, GAAP compliance, and statutory reporting across jurisdictions.

You will build and lead a team of up to 50 professionals, partner with the CFO on board reporting, and drive ERP implementations, automation, and RPA to optimize working capital and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive accounting and financial operations experience.
• Experience leading controllership or equivalent in a leader role.
• Ability to manage global teams across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for all entities.
• Establish calendars, checklists, and quality gates to reduce cycle time.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and Board materials.
• Lead statutory and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.
• Manage audits, external auditors, and interim reviews.
