Qualifications

• 12+ years in GTM technology and 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in building or transforming a Field/GTM Technology organization.
• Strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI strategy across the GTM ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary organization.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage engineering, data science, customer strategy, and admin teams.
