Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience leading dispersed field sales teams.
• Ability to coach Regional Sales Managers and sales reps.
• Strong experience with field execution, launches, and programs.
• Proven ability to forecast, analyze, and improve performance.
• Excellent communication with headquarters and field teams.
• Experience across multiple channels and strategic accounts.
• Knowledge of golf or sporting goods industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally/nationally.
