Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA with 12+ years (or MS with 10+ years) in sales training, learning, or related fields.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial environment experience is essential.
• Proven ability to lead multi-product, multi-therapeutic training initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and translate commercial learning strategies into scalable training initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, product launches, ongoing development, and advanced sales skills curricula.
• Lead and coach managers and high-performing teams across regions.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive innovation in blended learning, measure training impact, and manage budgets.
