Extended Power, Inc., based in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a hands-on Director of Operations to lead our field service team and oversee the day-to-day execution of our temporary power and generator operations.

This leader will guide crews at multiple active sites, ensuring safety, reliability, and superior customer service while building a pipeline of field leaders to support rapid growth without compromising quality.

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on experience in electrical, temporary power, generator rental, or power distribution.
• Proven experience supervising field crews in fast-paced service or construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.

• Oversee the daily execution of field operations across temporary power installations and generator deployments.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to customer specifications.
• Lead and manage field scheduling, coordinating technicians and equipment.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and resolve operational challenges.
• Coach and develop technicians and field leads to build leadership capacity.
