Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical/biotech commercial leadership experience.
• Proven success leading oncology product launches and commercialization strategies.
• Experience influencing executive-level decisions in a matrixed org.
• Strong strategic planning and business acumen; translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external engagement strategy aligned with BU growth and launch priorities.
• Serve as strategic advisor to SVP & Franchise Head and OBU Leadership Team.
• Influence oncology franchise strategy from insights of thought leaders, accounts, and healthcare systems.
• Anticipate market changes and adapt engagement strategies accordingly.
• Drive growth, performance and accountability through data-driven decision making.
