Job summary

Vortex Industrial Doors in Philadelphia seeks an Operations Leader for Installation & Field Services to manage a high-performing service center, drive profitability, and oversee safety and team development. You will report to the Regional Director and lead a team across installation and field service activities.

You will build strong client relationships, implement improvements to service levels and cost controls, and collaborate with partners to sustain reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the door industry.
• 5+ years leading operations with complete P&L oversight.
• Strong budgeting and performance reporting capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day service center operations and P&L.
• Staff, budget, and control expenses to meet targets.
• Foster customer relationships and ensure service quality.
• Implement continuous improvement programs across productivity and cost.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members; conduct reviews.
• Ensure safety culture and OSHA compliance; travel to job sites.
