Job summary
Dematic seeks a Director of Installation to lead the Installation function for Modifications & Upgrades within Lifecycle Solutions & Services. You will guide a geographically dispersed team delivering field installation activities across North America, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget execution and project profitability.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading installation, construction, or field operations teams.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of installation activities across multiple concurrent customer projects.
- Ensure installation work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project metrics and drive corrective actions when required.
- Lead installation planning, resource allocation, labor forecasting, and subcontractor utilization.
- Partner with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Service organizations to ensure successful project delivery.
