Dematic is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Engineering function of the Modifications and Upgrades Business Unit in the United States. This role sits within North America Lifecycle Solutions and Services and oversees a portfolio of work across 250+ active projects.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field; 10+ years leading engineering teams.
- Experience managing large project portfolios with revenue responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of automation, controls and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Mechanical and Electrical/Controls team.
- Oversee a large portfolio of mechatronic projects from inception to closeout.
- Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Operations and design high-level plans.
- Own project financial performance including forecasting and profitability.
- Drive safe work practices and best-in-class customer satisfaction.
