Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Director of Installation to lead the Modifications & Upgrades (M&A) function within Lifecycle Solutions & Services. You will oversee a dispersed team delivering warehouse automation projects across North America, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and profitability.

You will partner with PM, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to achieve outcomes, while reporting to the VP Mods & Upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large installation programs and field teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of multiple concurrent installation projects.
• Ensure work is delivered on schedule, within budget and with high safety/quality standards.
• Lead safety performance and implement risk mitigation initiatives.
• Drive labor budgeting, productivity targets, and cost control for projects.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, PM, procurement, and service teams.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement across installation operations.
