Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Installation Manager to support the Lifecycle Solutions and Services Modernizations and Upgrades group. This role leads full lifecycle installation activities, coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and customers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Travel up to 25%, on-call, and off-shift support may be required; strong leadership, safety discipline, and cost management are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1-2 years of vocational/technical training preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily/weekly installation activities to meet project milestones.
• Lead field resources, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• Interface with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and customers.
• Promote safety and adherence to Dematic installation standards.
• Provide financial tracking and project reporting.
