Job summary
Dematic is seeking a Director, Installation for the Modifications & Upgrades (M&A) within Lifecycle Solutions & Services. Lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget field installations across North America, including upgrades, retrofits, and system replacements.

Qualifications
- Experience leading installation, construction, or field operations in industrial settings.
- 10+ years in leadership roles managing managers and dispersed teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with automated warehouse or material handling systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for installation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure installations meet schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Lead planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor utilization.
- Maintain executive relationships with customers and site leadership to ensure satisfaction.
