Job summary

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks a strategic Chief of the Human Resources Operations Center (HROC). The role directs all HR operations and programs, overseeing benefits, staffing, processing, and retirement for ICE personnel.

You will supervise a dispersed workforce, provide guidance to the CHCO, and ensure policies comply with federal regulations. Minimum ECQs and Technical Qualifications are required, and the resume must stay within a two-page limit.

Qualifications

• Must show executive core qualifications and technical qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Operations Center.
• Supervise a large, dispersed multidisciplinary workforce.
• Provide counsel to the Chief Human Capital Officer and design organizational structure for efficiency.
• Develop and monitor metrics to assess effectiveness and productivity of HROC.
• Identify program deficiencies and resolve problems to support ICE missions.
• Foster employee engagement and a culture of continuous learning.
• Review expenditures, authorize cost-saving initiatives, and maintain proficiency.
