Immigration and Customs Enforcement seeks a strategic leader to head the Human Resources Operations Center within the Office of Human Capital. The role directs HR programs, benefits, staffing, classification, and retirement for the ICE workforce.

The Chief of the Human Resources Operations Center (HROC) within the Office of Human Capital (OHC) serves as a key member of OHC's senior leadership team, directing HROC's human capital operations and programs for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The role oversees daily operations and delivery of critical services to and for the ICE workforce, including benefits, classification, staffing, processing, and retirement.

To meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and Technical Qualifications (TQs) related to this position within your resume, WHICH MUST NOT EXCEED TWO PAGES. Note: If you are 1) a current member of the SES, 2) have been certified through successful participation in a U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM)-approved SES Candidate Development Program (SESCDP), or 3) have SES reinstatement eligibility, you do not need to respond to the ECQs. Instead, you must submit proof of your eligibility for noncompetitive appointment to the SES, such as an SF-50 or certification by OPM's SES Qualifications Review Board (QRB).
