Job summary

Ibotta is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead the day-to-day operations of our Denver headquarters. This role oversees space planning, vendor management, security, and the facilities budget in a 550+ employee environment across 93,000+ square feet.

You will design and optimize facilities systems, manage relationships with building management and vendors, and partner with Legal and IT to ensure compliance and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or workplace operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven track record building facilities programs and processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of Ibotta’s headquarters.
• Build and optimize the facilities operations program, including work order/ticketing systems, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and space planning.
• Serve as primary contact with building management, negotiating service levels and lease-related matters.
• Oversee the office security program (badge access, visitor management, emergency preparedness).
• Manage relationships with facilities vendors and contractors, including sourcing, contracts, and performance.
• Partner with Legal on contracts, compliance, and risk.
• Manage the facilities budget and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Act as central contact for employees on space, workplace experience, and facilities needs.
• Collaborate across functions to support onsite events and future space planning.
