You will learn the operations side of the business, work cross-functionally to align on best practices for campaign setup and performance, and support internal stakeholders. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a process-driven role.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with G Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, QA, and launch of program components including Offers and Ad Products.
• Collaborate across teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for internal customers.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.
• Assist with training, testing, and documentation updates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems.
