Job summary

Ibotta, Inc. is seeking a Head of HR Enablement & Operations to lead People Operations, optimise Workday and HR tech integrations, and drive automation across HR systems from its Denver hybrid office.

You will manage benefits and payroll operations, partner with Talent Acquisition on ATS analytics, and ensure data integrity while advancing Ibotta’s core values in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in core people operations functions such as HRIS administration, payroll, benefits administration
• 4+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience creating and executing an HR technology strategy
• Experience deploying AI agents across enterprise systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Proven communication and presentations skills
• Proven operational excellence and systems improvements
• Strategic thinker and intellectually curious

Responsibilities

• Lead People Operations team, including Workday Administration, Benefits Operations, and Payroll Operations
• Lead and manage the HR automation strategy, including Workday system, HR tech stack, and integrations across enterprise systems
• Manage vendor relationships with HR technology tools and HR operations partners
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support Ashby ATS and recruiting analytics
• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide technology-based solutions to improve efficiency and HR data integrity
