Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with environmental services, maintenance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of Facilities Management.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines and regulations and policies.
• Read, analyze, and interpret regulations; write reports and manage communications.
• Make independent decisions when warranted and supervise interactions with staff, residents and the public.
