Job summary

Christ Fellowship in Florida seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee care and upkeep of the broadcast campus buildings and grounds. The role supervises maintenance, events, administration, housekeeping porters, and grounds teams, acting as the hands-on representative of the Campus Facilities team.

Responsibilities include leading staff/volunteers, coordinating with ministries and vendors, managing the facilities budget, and ensuring OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associates or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in facilities management.
• Valid FL Driver's License; OSHA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains, supports, and develops Facilities Staff and Volunteer Team.
• Executes campus facilities tasks with staff and contractors/vendors.
• Responds to service requests using the Work Order system.
• Oversees custodial, grounds, security, mechanical, and facility needs.
• Manages campus facilities budget and purchasing.
• Supports emergencies and campus event logistics.
• Ensures safety and OSHA compliance across operations.
