Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Monitors building system operations under Facilities Manager guidance.
• Oversees day-to-day work coordination and mentoring for staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance execution for 350K SF of office space.
• Coordinate with vendors and review service reports.
• Ensure safety compliance and PM programs.
• Maintain energy management to reduce operating costs.
• Prepare and track work orders, labor, and materials.
