Job summary

The Gardens Care Homes in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the community’s physical plant, life‑safety systems, and preventative maintenance while managing vendor contracts and the department budget.

You will supervise staff, ensure OSHA compliance, handle fleet and records, and coordinate with leadership on long‑range maintenance planning to support safe, respectful care for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years as a maintenance supervisor in a similarly sized facility.
• Thorough understanding of building systems and interdependencies; financial and contractor management.
• Comfort using Gardens Care’s approved systems: Google Workspace, ECP, Sagely, and ADP.
