You will lead maintenance programs, manage building systems, and drive operational excellence across hospital and satellite sites.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare facilities, supervisory leadership, and knowledge of Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare facilities or related field.
• Five or more years in hospital maintenance/construction within a healthcare setting.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience in healthcare facility operations.
• Broad knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA, EPA, NFPA and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the rehabilitation hospital and related facilities meet Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Lead environment of care/safety meetings and oversee compliance responsibilities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs per manufacturer guidance.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and culture across sites.
