Job summary

Encore is seeking a Director, Event Technology (SNE) to lead on-site AV operations for Dallas venues. You will oversee a small team, manage venue relationships, and drive revenue and profitability while ensuring world-class service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years AV experience, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong customer service skills. You’ll coordinate equipment, scheduling, and client communications to deliver exceptional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audio visual experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations and ensure equipment delivered on time.
