Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a leader to steer the European Health Data Space program within Clinical Data Transparency, aligning regulatory, technical, and business requirements to deliver a compliant, scalable data governance framework.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regulatory, legal, technology, and business units, manage risks, and drive change management with a hybrid work model across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science, healthcare, technology, or business.
• At least 7 years of experience leading pharmaceutical/healthcare/scientific programs.
• Expertise in global regulatory environments, data governance, and technology implementation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the EHDS strategy.
• Build governance frameworks.
• Oversee cross-functional program planning and execution.
