advanced degree in science, healthcare, technology, or business; at least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or scientific program leadership; expertise in global regulatory environments, data governance, and technology implementation; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred.
complex multi-country program management, EU data regulations including GDPR, clinical data transparency, cross-functional leadership across regulatory, legal, technology, and business units, with hybrid work model in Belgium, Netherlands, UK, Switzerland, or US.
Collaboration involves external vendors, industry groups, and internal senior leadership.
Travel may be required.
