Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large, complex programs in pharma, healthcare, or technology.
• Advanced degree in science, healthcare, or business.
• Certifications in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) and Agile preferred; knowledge of EU data regulations (EHDS, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EHDS strategy, governance, and implementation roadmap.
• Oversee cross-functional project execution across regulatory, legal, technology, and business teams.
• Manage stakeholder alignment, risk, resource planning, and change management.
• Develop program metrics, reporting, and external collaborations.
