Job summary

BLP Digital AG in the United States is seeking a senior leader to lead and scale the ERP integration team from ~10 to 50 engineers, and to design a sustainable delivery model including distributed and near-shore teams.

You will set architecture and standards for connectors across on-prem, cloud, REST, and file-based patterns, drive reuse and data mapping to the BLP canonical model, and uphold governance and audit trails while engaging with senior customer stakeholders and partnering with US

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP integration teams.
• Design scalable team models with distributed and near-shore delivery.
• Set architecture and standards for connectors across on-prem, cloud, REST, and file-based patterns.
• Drive reuse of components and consistent data mapping to a canonical model.
• Uphold governance, reliability, and audit-trail requirements.
• Represent the company in technical conversations with senior customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the ERP integration team from ~10 to 50 engineers.
• Design a sustainable team model including distributed and near-shore delivery.
• Report directly to the Founder CTO.
• Set architecture and standards for connectors across on-prem, cloud, REST, and file-based patterns.
• Drive reusability and consistent data mapping to the BLP canonical model.
• Uphold enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and audit trails.
• Represent BLP in technical conversations with senior customer stakeholders.
• Scope integration solutions and build trust through delivery.
• Partner with US go-to-market and delivery teams to master the fragmented US ERP landscape.
• Build documentation, playbooks, and processes for a 50-person team.
• Onboard and develop new engineers for rapid productivity.
• Foster knowledge sharing and a strong sense of ownership.
