Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong background in integration fundamentals, ERP, Workday, ETL, API, and data engineering.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain complex integrations between internal apps, ERP systems, HRIS (Workday), and third-party feeds.
Build and support API-based, event-driven, file-based, and middleware integrations.
Manage all Workday integrations, including inbound/outbound processes using APIs, EIBs, Studio, and RaaS.
Develop SQL queries and reports to support analytics and ad-hoc data requests.
Script automation in Python, Java, or other languages; troubleshoot integration issues by logs and root-cause analysis.
