Job summary

BLP, headquartered in Zurich, is expanding and seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end ERP transformations across the DACH region. You will orchestrate multi-country programs with steering committees, coordinate a delivery team, and deliver go-lives across ERP systems and entities.

Fluent German and English, 5+ years of experience, and a proven track record of complex program delivery are required; ERP implementation experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects.
• Experience leading multi-country or multi-entity programs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end implementations: kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel at different stages, keeping all on date.
• Collaborate with customers on processes and flag assumptions early.
• Coordinate specialists: Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, AI Automation Specialists.
• Own scope actively and handle change requests deliberately.
