Job summary

Bolt Graphics, a Sunnyvale, CA semiconductor startup, seeks an ERP Systems/Integration Lead to own the ERP platform and oversee end-to-end configuration, data integrity, and cross-functional integrations across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

You will drive platform selection, manage data governance, and enable users while coordinating with PLM, MES, and other business systems to ensure a single source of truth as Bolt scales to high-volume production.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of ERP administration, systems ownership, or data management in hardware/manufacturing.
• ERP implementation experience with full lifecycle, migration, or major module rollout (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Deltek/Costpoint).
• Experience mapping schemas and scoping APIs for ERP-to-PLM integrations (NetSuite/SAP to Arena/Agile).
• Proficiency in data analysis, validation, SQL, Excel, or Python for data health reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP system ownership and administration across the enterprise.
• Lead platform selection and end-to-end implementation, including requirements, vendor eval, data migration, and go-live.
• Configure core ERP elements: COA, item records, BOMs, costing, warehouse structures, and approvals.
• Architect integrations between ERP and PLM/MES/CRM to unify item, BOM, and transactional data.
• Own ERP roadmap, module upgrades, patches, and rollout planning with minimal disruption.
• Provide user enablement through training, troubleshooting, and permissioning across departments.
• Maintain data quality, cleansing, and governance for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Data Governance for standards and change-impact analysis.
