Job summary

WD-40 Company is seeking an ERP Integration Manager to evolve our core technology environment, focusing on the connections between ERP and all plugged-in systems. You will shape a real roadmap rather than patchwork fixes, leading a global team across the UK and US.

You’ll partner with solutions architecture to define buildable plans, drive a multi-month modernization project, and ensure a cohesive, scalable integration strategy that supports our global operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with iPaaS platforms and related trends.
• Understanding of integrations and EDI versus APIs or point-to-point approaches.
• Proven track record building roadmaps and delivering on them.
• Leadership style that connects people, teams and technologies.
• Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture connecting our ERP to every system plugged into it—EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, ISVs—across a growing D365 footprint.
• Oversee a ~12–18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize the ERP integration stack.
• Lead a technical architect and a team of EDI/integration specialists across UK and US.
• Sit with a solutions architect and translate requirements into concrete, buildable plans.
• Tie together WD-40's systems across regions with a cohesive integration strategy.
