Focus Partners Wealth seeks a Manager, S&O Training to build and scale the enterprise learning function for Client Service. You will define strategy, governance, and a measurement framework, partnering with senior leaders across divisions to align training with priorities.

The role leads a team of Training Leads, owns budgets, and drives onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing development across FPW offices. Travel is required.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in learning and development or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience designing enterprise onboarding and role-based learning.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, and change management.
• Familiarity with FPW platforms, systems, custodians, workflows, and service standards; travel required.

• Define the training team's structure, service model, priorities, capacity, roles, decision rights, and standards.
• Design the overall learning framework, formats, delivery methods, technology, and measures of success.
• Build a continuous learning model spanning onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing reinforcement.
• Own the training budget, resource plan, vendor strategy, and learning technology recommendations.
• Lead Training Leads, set goals, accountability, and development plans.
• Establish governance for curriculum architecture, learning paths, and assessment standards.
• Lead readiness for new systems and coordinate enterprise onboarding and learning infrastructure.
• Define and monitor measures for readiness, proficiency, feedback, adoption, and impact.
