Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software solutions.
• Experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Management or related environments.
• Experience leading Solution Architecture teams or senior enterprise architect roles.
• Proven track record modernizing legacy enterprise applications and migrating to modern cloud architectures.
• Hands-on experience migrating UIs, REST APIs, middleware, and SaaS applications into AWS cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in designing cloud-native applications using AWS (Azure a plus).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API architecture, distributed systems, security, scalability, and resiliency.
• Experience developing architecture roadmaps and governing enterprise technology standards.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, IaC, and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, databases, and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

We are searching for a Director of Solutions Architecture to lead the technical vision and architecture strategy for enterprise applications, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions while partnering with executive leadership, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.

The Role

• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for enterprise applications, cloud platforms, APIs, data services, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive application modernization initiatives, transforming legacy platforms into scalable, cloud-native architectures.
• Lead the migration of enterprise applications, user interfaces (UI), APIs, and SaaS platforms into AWS cloud environments, ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Design enterprise solutions that leverage cloud-native services, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into enterprise technology solutions.
