Qualifications

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership in enterprise governance across hospital and ambulatory patient access models.
• Strong technology fluency with EHR scheduling, pre-registration, workflow tools, and CRM/analytics.
• Experience implementing automation and digital communication strategies.
• Proven ability to achieve performance improvements and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership over centralized scheduling and pre-arrival readiness.
• Define and execute scheduling and pre-service operating model to standardize access.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, utilization management, revenue cycle, and IT to streamline workflows.
• Lead digital self-service and automation initiatives to improve patient access.
• Measure and improve patient access performance and reduce cancellations and rework.
