Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking a strategic Chief Risk Officer to guide enterprise risk management across merged entities in Nashville. You will complete a comprehensive risk assessment within 90 days and design an ERM framework and organizational structure within 6 months, with clear ownership and reporting to the President and executive team.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive risk assessment within 90 days across PLS entities.
• Design and stand up ERM framework and organizational structure within 6 months.
• Hire, onboard, and stand up a risk management team within 6–9 months.
• Build and implement a negligent-selection/broker-liability defense with Legal.
• Renegotiate coverage to reduce total cost of risk and optimize the program.
• Launch a live risk register with quarterly executive reporting.
