• Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the company-wide risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor key enterprise risks.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance across sites.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership and Board.
• Mentor risk management team and drive continuous improvement.
• Align risk program with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
