Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Director to lead and evolve the risk analytics, reporting, and enterprise metrics programs. The role interacts with executives, senior leadership, and risk management functions across three lines of defense, driving data quality and automation across dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in risk management, strong analytical skills, and a track record of guiding teams to high performance.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience or portfolio consistent with role requirements.
• Experience leading and developing teams, managing performance and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, governance, and internal controls.
• Experience in a three-lines-of-defense model and regulatory risk reporting.
• Ability to translate business objectives into functional plans and drive results.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk analytics, reporting, and enterprise metrics programs.
• Manage daily production, validation, and evolution of risk reports and dashboards.
• Advise executives on reporting strategies, standards, and methodologies.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of risk reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with management and program owners to automate dashboards and data files.
• Represent Enterprise Risk Management as primary contact for inquiries.
