Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Director to lead risk management analytics, reporting, and metrics at the enterprise level in a hybrid Chicago/Phoenix region. You will manage a high-performing team and partner with executives to shape risk strategy and governance.

You will develop and oversee risk analytics, data quality, dashboards, and board-level reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant outputs across KRIs and KPIs. Strong leadership with a data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Typically has 12 years of experience or demonstrated portfolio consistent with experience required of the role.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, managing performance, and delivering functional objectives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies, governance, and internal controls.
• Experience working within a three-lines-of-defense risk management model.
• Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
• Experience leading risk assessments, risk appetite processes, and enterprise risk reporting.
• Ability to translate business objectives into functional plans, manage competing priorities, and drive results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leading process improvements and managing organizational change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day production, validation, coordination, and continuous evolution for risk analytics and reporting.
• Advises executives on reporting strategies, standards, and methodologies.
• Ensures high quality, accurate, timely reports and templates.
• Coordinates automated dashboards/reports, metrics, and data files with owners.
• Represents Enterprise Risk Management as main contact for inquiries.
• Maintains documentation and provides authoritative data files and validation evidence.
• Leads and evolves the GRC Metric Application and enterprise metrics program.
• Interacts with executives and risk management functions across all three lines of defense.
