Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Director to lead and evolve risk management analytics, reporting, and metrics at the enterprise level. You will oversee KRIs/KPIs, board-level metrics, and ensure data quality and timely delivery.

You will manage a high-performance team, mentor analysts, and collaborate with executives across three lines of defense, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. The role is hybrid with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically has 12 years of experience or demonstrated portfolio consistent with experience required of the role.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, managing performance, and delivering functional objectives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, governance, and internal controls.
• Experience working within a three-lines-of-defense risk management model.
• Understanding of financial services regulatory requirements and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day production, validation, coordination, and continuous evolution for a suite of established analyses, metrics, and reports.
• Advises executives and management on reporting strategies, standards, and methodologies.
• Establishes, maintains, and ensures the highest levels of report quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Coordinates with management to evolve automated dashboards/reports, metrics, and data files.
• Represent ERM as the main contact for risk-based reporting inquiries and data validation.
