Job summary

Edward Jones seeks a Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Intelligence to shape risk analytics, reporting, and governance across the firm. You will lead a team delivering timely risk insights, KRIs, and dashboards for senior leadership and committees, while driving technology modernization and data visualization capabilities.

The role partners with cross-functional leaders to embed analytics in strategic planning, enhance reporting, and elevate risk awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in finance, business, economics, data science, math or analytics.
• 7+ years of analytical, critical and systems thinking experience.
• 7+ years experience with database systems (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks).
• 7+ years experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, VBA, charts/graphs).
• Intermediate knowledge of descriptive statistics, forecasting, exploratory analysis, variance analysis.
• Proficient in data visualizations using Tableau.
• Leadership and capability building experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve objectives: risk reporting, data analytics, KRIs, data visualization, and GRC tech enablement.
• Develop and govern reporting that informs senior leadership, ERMC, and A RC.
• Drive ERM technology roadmap, automation, and modernization across risk processes.
• Influence business units on using analytics for planning and decision-making.
• Deliver repeatable, scalable risk reports, metrics, and dashboards.
