Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Sr. Director of Risk Program Governance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of ERM governance frameworks and programs.

This role aligns risk appetite with business objectives and regulatory expectations to enable informed decision-making and sustainable risk management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 12+ years in risk management, preferably in regulated industry.
• 5+ years in leadership with direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of risk management programs, methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with three-lines of defense and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management program and risk governance.
• Develop and oversee governance frameworks across programs.
• Establish governance routines and risk forums for oversight.
• Drive consistency, standardization, and accountability across risk programs.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed governance frameworks at all levels.
• Monitor execution via metrics, reporting, and assurance activities.
• Lead creation and review of program documentation and procedures.
• Identify governance gaps and coordinate remediation and improvements.
• Support strategic risk initiatives and change readiness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance risk culture and governance.
